I’m tired of being in the service client industry (currently a consultant). I am in healthcare consulting and I know I don’t want to go into pharma, but I don’t know what I could be qualified for. Anyone here has switched from consulting to starting their own thing within healthcare? If so, what was it and how did it go? What were the biggest challenges?

If you could restart your career, would you still choose accounting? I have a lot of friends who work in finance, real estate, etc. and make the same or more, and didn’t have to take the CPA. However, I love the stability to being an accountant.
