I'm trying to decide if changing career path is what I need to fight the burn out. I don't have a degree, but I do have 10 years of accounts receivable experience. I really enjoy billing, cash application and reconcilation, but I have grown tired of the collections side. So I was offered a role in Strategy Consulting in after 2 years in Risk Consulting however, after 2 years I’ve only worked on Internal audit engagements few ad hocs such as updating risk register and the delegation of authority matrix.
