In TCS offer letter the variable payout is a mystery figure. I was told the monthly performance pay will be given irrespective of performance but I have some serious concerns on that statement. If someone is on bench will they get that I really doubt. Plus do we 100 percent of the amount mentioned? Any folks from TCS has any insights on this?
