I joined IBM around year ago.
i have 9 YOE and i was given band 7A saying its lead role.
However in project i was treated as team member l. Initially i was okay as i thought i will be familiar with environment and later will take more responsibility.
But then they gave me release after few months.
No hike also this year.
Future also seems unclear as i feel low self-esteem seeing collegues my experience earning well and having better roles.
I really think joining IBM was wrong decision.

Does TCS re-negotiate on the offered compensation? I have 3 weeks to my DOJ and now I have got another offer with higher compensation..

Been interviewing for front end dev - 5YOE. Had been with Deloitte USI as a Consultant back in India. Applying for big 4's and tech firms but seems like they have been taking forever to review the applications (2-3 weeks now for few since applied!)

Have one offer from CGI as Sr.Con for 105k. Does anyone know how good/not good is CGI in terms of work, culture, WLB, perks?

No epf is getting deducted, existing employees of the start up said so.

I lateraled to my current firm less than a year ago, 2 months into the firm’s billable year. But I’m going to hit the yearly billable target regardless. What should I expect to receive as a bonus? Just regular bonus for hitting the billable target? Extra because I hit it in less than a full year? How does this work? Would appreciate any insight!

Hi there - looking to understand when “new grad” isnt a term that can be used for salary negotiations I.e. 1 year of practice, 3 years of practice?

There was a time i got 7 lkh offer and i was over the moon, back in 2014. Now have offer of 30 lkh, still not happy.

The leason learnt by some of high salary negotiatiors in one point of time is never always chasing high salary and stuck in toxic company and suffer.

I’m getting put up for manager a year early. I have PPMD ,SM, and M support. Pretty much support from all the key individuals on my team and in my service line. I’m thinking of making a switch from 4YOE in Industry to Public as a senior associate in Assurance. Do PA firm expect you to already know everything, or do they provide training to help you catch on?
