Thank you guys.
I think you should expect to start from the same place, telling similar stories background. And then the conversation should naturally steer in different directions depending on who you’re talking to. Different levels/disciplines will take different things away from your initial story and probe you to expand on different details, which will (or should) naturally lead to talking about new things
Thank you.

Are you asking how to impress people in interviews?
I tell the same stories to diff people but try to have alternative examples ready if there’s a group interview after the one-on-ones.
Thank you.
Let me try this again. When you have interviews, do you have to tell the same things depending on the round you are? For example, recruiter > cd > ecd, I don’t want to be redundant telling the same things I did 2 interviews before.
Yes, totally, thanks.
Always ask the recruiter to brief you on the expectations for each round. You might not get anything but sometimes. E.G. is it a culture check to see fit and if you’re a nice person to work with, is it an expertise check, who are the ppl interviewing, what do they usually ask and what are they interested to know. Often a mix of all the above. I personally prefer to provide a sense of what I’m interested in as an interviewer so the candidates don’t come in as blind.
Otherwise, consistency of answers but a little new input to each interview, flex for the audience.
