Base salary of 100k, with a bonus of 10-15k at year end prorated for the percentage of the year you’re employed.
EY2 lots of EY people go to OW. Just do a LinkedIn research, especially if you have worked in financial services. Our risk projects compete directly with OW’s Finance & Risk practice, and I know quite a few SC’s in EY who are at OW now.
Base is what OW1 said. Considering you perform average you should expect a ~40-45K bonus if you work a full cycle (I.e., October to September)
Agree with OW2. To clarify, you can expect to get a modest prorated bonus for 2018 (paid March 2019), and something more in line with what OW2 said for a full cycle in 2019 (paid March 2020). Bonuses are on an Oct-Sep performance cycle, but don’t pay out until March of the following year.
Great. The base is in line with what I'm making now, but the bonus is better. Thanks for the insight guys
Whoa whoa whoa - an SC getting a 40% bonus?
C1, we have a total compensation model, whereby a high SC promoted to Associate (post-MBA equivalent) will get a hefty bonus to true up to the total comp of an AS. Bonuses as a percent of base are lower at almost all other levels below Principal, except for ultra high performers
This 40% bonus is based on the assumption that you will be promoted to AS after 1 year of SC, right? What’s the bonus from C to SC then?
Assuming you joined out of college in the US and made SC after your first full year, the C to SC bonus is about 12k on top of your C base of 83k, with a raise to 92k as a brand-new SC.
I see. Thanks OW1!
I definitely need to take a closer look at OW lol
EY 2, very seldom do we hire at SC level lol. We mostly train our entry levels or hire people at senior levels eg principals, partners
@OW2 And like that IW is off my list haha. Thanks for the info!
