Not able to take out that much time as wlb is bad in current company. Also now I don’t get calls from good companies. I had two interviews over a week ago and the second person I met with said they would get back to me the following week with next steps. Well I didn’t hear anything all week and I sent follow up emails on Wednesday. Do we think there’s still hope they’ll get back to me? Even if it’s rejection?

Any advice for asking to work from home?
I started my job just over a month ago and the one day a week I work from home I absolutely love. I have an hour commute to the office all other days and I'd love to even just get one more day at home. My manager is not aware of my adhd and I have crippling fear and shame around it so I'd rather not tell him. The office environment I'm in is honestly any neuroduvergent's nightmare. Let’s say I want to get into pentesting and CEH - where would you advise starting if my experience is minimal? I know my way around things but not much scripting or too heavy network experience. How do you handle others doing work assigned to you? I've had a more experienced developer finish a few defects I was working on before I could finish them. I know it sounds weird because we are on the same team and we are all working to achieve the same goal but it feels a little undermining to me as a developer.
