I am in talks with HR and partner of London office of EY UK regarding a permanent job prospect. They have confirmed their interest of me joining their team asap. Currently, i work with EY GDS. Do I need to take care of the Visa process or the london team would get these done for me ?

What are the things i would he needing to do in visa process? I guess... scheduling the interview slot, etc. ?

How much I should quote for expected CTC , currently working as senior consultant (service line Consulting) in D USI, CTC is 17.20 lakhs( including 10 percent variable).
YOE - 7.5 years, Skill- Cloud Data engineer.
I don’t have any offer yet and I am looking for offer to resign in D and explore in Market during my notice period time.

Would you rather try to get promoted/climb the career ladder or try and grow your side hustle into a larger enterprise while working your day job? I’m at a point where I’m very comfortable where I am and ready to move on to higher paying but more stressful roles. Anyone else work with team members that are diametrically opposed to each other-their approach to the same situation is night and day? And it is your job to find consensus / middle ground between the two of them ?
