Once the project is allocated the project code will automatically reflect in SAP portal to fill the timesheet against the same or how is it done?

Also what do you guys fill in notes while filling the timesheet when on bench?

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Does anyone have experience or advice?

Leadership seem to not want to hear the truth so people tell them what they want to hear and if you don’t middle management gets pissed at you. I am seriously thinking about looking somewhere else. 15 YOE, recently started my first tech PR job at a large, stable company & have been asked to get ~20 SMEs in front of media. Subject matter is not sexy. I lead PR for all of U.S. & have no other PR colleagues. My agency’s budget is 100k/year & they’re spread too thin to hit their KPIs. I feel set up to fail & feel we should be focusing on a handful of SMEs and only our sexiest topics. Any advice on mitigating unrealistic expectations for coverage? Getting ready to do an audit of the latest and greatest in end-to-end influencer platforms. We currently use IZEA. It’s OK and gets the job done, but like any platform has pros and cons. What platforms are you all using, or would you recommend checking out.

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition.
