Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag? I have only worked in SNF and acute so I am new to HH plus this company specializes in lymphedema therapy. I am a CLT but want just a little but of training.

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? Anyone using Edward Jones? Feel like we did a mistake and rolled over all my husbands retirement accounts from different employers and our kids 529 under them Jan 2020.
