Is it bad to leave an agency you just joined? The position/work/culture is not what I was told in the interviews. It’s not been easy on my relationship or mental health. I kind of regret leaving my last agency.

I have been overworked and overwhelmed at my current job for quite a while. This is my first position out of law school, small firm with large caseload, and in my second year of practice. I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. Felt so on edge and low on emotional resources for over a week that I wasn’t myself and apparently really rubbed a few people the wrong way so I was called in for a talking to 😣. I let people know there were some personal things going on, but didn’t mention the PTSD—very unsure if that’s something to share, or if I’d be judged for it or... I don’t even know. Has anyone else dealt with PTSD and had it impact them at work, and how did you handle it?

I want to advance in my career, but I have no energy to do anything when I get home, even if it's an early day.
