Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. I have two referrals for a position that I’m trying to apply to, however only one of the employee referrals is showing “attached” to the application.
