Is it customary to receive a response back from a hiring manager and creative team when you send a thank you note and a follow up email? It's been a week since meeting.

I have 6.5 yrs of IT experience in Testing field. I have worked completely in Agile Delivery Model and have pretty decent understanding of Agile. Recently I completed my MBA in Technology Management as well. I am currently working in Accenture. I am looking for change in my career from QA to Scrum Master or PO kind of role. Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice
