Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro
Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

I think America is not good for working moms
I am extremely up front in interviews. I make it clear that if they are a sweatshop, it’s not going to be a good fit. It might cost me offers, but I just can’t.
OP I hear you. And it’s such a massive waste of talent on their part. I love agency work too, but it’s such a huge risk to look for a new job, often keeping us in less that ideal situations, stifling our potential. It’s a real minefield.
I’m with ya.
Not just you. I pick my battles with working late. Usually walk out the door at 5 unless there’s a specific reason to stay
Depends on the agency. Three of the four I’ve been at have been flexible and accommodating. Look around till you find the right one.
They can be good. I worked at one of them and miss it.
Not just you. I have to select carefully.
Welcome to the industry
I find it is often up to me to proactively set boundaries. It can work, and it helps to set clear expectations with the teams I work with.
