Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

I don't think arguing back will really do you any good in that kind of situation. the right employer will see that your experience is transferable and offer you an opportunity to make the case for why you would be qualified to do a good job. But if you feel like the interviewers are "kicking you out" then it's probably already a lost cause.
It’s likely that they say that, but then somebody did have experience and was a better fit, unfortunately
It's possible that they saw your experience and didn't want to pay what somebody with experience would require. Or it's just an excuse that they give to everybody they don't hire, which is weird. I'm sorry you had to deal with that. I definitely wouldn't argue though, because they won't change their mind.
A lotta people try to hire people for their first job so that they don’t have to undo habits for one place to the next but that’s just a weak yet true thing to put out there., but for two they’re not likely to switch from their first job where they have finally gotten uncomfortable, but the second job will be easier to move on from. I stayed at my first job for five years and I was 15 working for Subway.
The restaurant world is weird. My first interview as a hostess went similar to yours in regard to needing experience, but where I actually landed a job was a way better experience. I definitely wouldn't argue back. Instead, I'd ask if you could start as a food runner (mention your previous experience) with the intention of being properly trained as a server.
Hey I think a good idea would be to start out as a Hostess or ToGo person, learn the ropes and ask to be trained as a server after a little time has passed.
I have interviewed a lot of people and I have rejected a lot of people. The fact is the interviewer may not have liked you at all. It could be any number of things. I don't know you. I don't know how you present yourself. But it's possible that person just didn't think you would be a good fit. Keep trying. You will find your niche.
