Is it odd I always find it a bit sad when a Group Creative Director or Executive Creative Director comment on here?

Look, I’m not at that level, so not trying to talk smack. I just feel like I wouldn’t be on here if I was.

A creative team I started working with recently has decided to ignore my every comment. They take feedback from anyone else but me, and whenever I push them to make said changes, they just pick fights and make snarky comments. Anyone have any idea why this might be?

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. My plan moving forward is to only focus on the top revenue driving product launches for now and say “no” to basically everything else.
