From Deloitte, yes.
Yep was going to say that legally your future employees cannot know that info/ask for that info from a former employer so it’s more of a self assessment / reflection moment and then onward and upward !

It’s a legal risk to disclose conditions of employment release - I don’t let my people disclose - recommend hand off to HR to answer these checks and most HR are instructed not to for same reason. Usually just dates and position. There’s corporate governance around the specifics disclosed during these checks.
You can be sued by employee if new employment doesn’t move forward as a result of this disclosure during background check — eeoc, osha basis- civil suit. It’s a compliance violation to reveal reasons for resignation as well. Happen all the time and settled
Just say your previous employer was harder to get into than Harvard and then bam you got yourself a new job
Not sure I understand this as Deloitte is really easy to get into.
Potentially? You don’t necessarily need to disclose that you were fired but probably more an inward look into actually why you were let go to begin with. Whatever the scenario was and your role in it, you’ll need to figure out what you can do to make sure it doesn’t happen again. It won’t magically be solved with a new employer.

Not eligible for rehire does not necessarily equate to being fired.
Being fired does always mean ineligibility for rehire.
Depends on the reason you got fired. But there are many very successful people that got fired or had severe career step backs and still managed to recover and have brilliant careers. If you get fire due to poor performance, take some time to reflect on what went wrong and how can you improve. Then try again!

Depending on why you got fired, try EY . . . I hear their ethics are flexible.

Depends on how you spin it during conversations. If the individual is fired from a toxic environment, its for the better homes. Typically ppl don’t just fire someone out the blue :/
It depends on the reason why you are fired from the job. If reason is due to breach of trust and gross negligence, then I doubt if you will be considered for the position
The reason can never be disclosed
