400+ is not accurate P1. 250+ is. What group is it for OP?
If you enjoy working till 10pm everyday why not
progression will be way faster if you are a top performer. You can be a manager at McKinsey in 2-3 years. Their EMs make 400k+ with bonus too

D1, there are plenty of nights that I work until 10pm, including weekends. I just thought that was a Big 4 thing
MC1, it was for New Ventures. I’m fairly content with where I am now, but I don’t like turning down money. I’m not too crazy about case interviews though
Depending on your role, you may not have a case. I came in as an expert, so had multiple cases. A lot of people I spoke with in new ventures did not have a case
