Is PharmD Master's or more per INA 214g5c? I am certain that it is not. But client insists that his PharmD is exempt. I really don't care as long as I am getting paid. But I really do not see the basis. This PharmD is 6yr program in US. After 5yrs he got BS, after another yr doing work program, that Uni gave him PharmD. INA defines "Master's equivalent" as a BS plus 5 yrs of progressively more advanced experience of 5 yrs, and nowhere in INA defines a professional degree such as PharmD.

Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.

I am an senior associate at a small (8-10 attorneys) immigration firm in NYC. My base is 110k and I get 30% for the cases and clients I bring in. My revenue was 370k last year and I did 250k till April this year.

My issue is, I have so much firm's work that I have hard time to work on my cases/clients. It feels like my cases are supposed to be done after hours (like after 6 pm). My work hours are crazy. I feel this is unfair and since my firm's taking 70% of my sales. Should I ask for a raise?

Just venting here… At WAS for an adjustment interview based on an affirmative asylum and the officer said he’s never done and affirmative adjustment before… and questioned my client when he said that he has never been in proceedings. Officer said “I don’t agree with that, I think you *have* been in proceedings” when we submitted the affirmative asylum approval and I had to show that to him smh. Why aren’t they training these officers 😭
