Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

How to start automation testing?
I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.

With the latest budget cuts, it is now only $50/day, enough for two Chipotle burritos
Be careful, that stroopwaffle on your spirit airlines flight is taxable income!

Ours is $150... just a quick fyi in case you're trying to choose between the two firms and this is the deciding factor.
Haha I’m here with my PhD in neuroscience from a top 15 school just trying to get into any firm!
Is this really something you’re worried about lmao? Do you even have a job there?
Thank you for this comment.
What kind of food do you eat that $90/day isn’t enough?
I'm kind of in the same boat as everyone else here. I think $90 a day is plenty. I have traveled to big cities and had less than that to use for per diem. It probably depends on WHAT and WHERE you are eating.

Go Blue! And obligated to tell you that tech is better with our free breakfast, lunch, and dinner
M1 I thought it got trimmed to $40/day
Yes it’s plenty. With my experience, most days you’re not always paying for every meal. For example, any time partner or AP is in town, they pick up the tab and it never really comes back to you. And if they aren’t there, you are usually ordering for the team in Uber eats, meaning the extra costs are split among more people and the hit towards your per diem is not that bad. I’ve never had an issue with the amount unless I tried to do a nice steak/sit down dinner. But usually don’t ever have time to do that alone
It should be enough. You'll probably have money left over. $15 for breakfast, $25 for lunch, $30 for dinner. These are on the high end of my budget too.
And no, it was raised. Everyone is just giving you a hard time or didn’t read the email
You guys get per diems?
Don’t think BCG has any per diem costs fixed. You can spend how much ever you want
Ours is 125 but not per diem its per meal allowance. Breakfast = 15. Lunch = 25, dinner = 75.
