I’m starting to get staffed in more CD-level roles and floundering…I need creative director bootcamp. I don’t know how to ask the right questions, develop a creative process, structure a team, or even trust my own judgement on creative anymore. I’ve learned a bit from other CDs but they tend to be so high-level their skillsets aren’t as applicable since I still get in the weeds as an ACD. How can I learn this stuff without asking my manager for help every time I have to lead a team?

Looking for some thoughts on the pros/cons of contract work/temp-to-perm roles VS full time direct hire? I’ve been an EA for 30 years and have always been direct hire. I am now on the market and being approached by a lot of contract opportunities with seemingly good rates. Aside from the obvious lack of health insurance, are there other downfalls to contract work? Trying to pivot from tech consulting to product. Looking at some of the program manager roles at Microsoft. Would my experience in delivering enterprise tech implementation projects be applicable to PM? I have 8 years of experience with more than 4 years in the current organization. Current package is 9.5 LPA. I have offers with Accenture (14L fixed and 4L variable) and CTS (15.5L fixed and 70k variable) both having more than 75% hike.
In my current organization, I see a scope for onsite assignment (not 100% confirmed though). I am confused of which one to choose - Wheather to stay back or switch to which company.
