I have 3 years of Experience working as a fullstack developer using .NET Core, Angular, React, and Postgres.

I have also done certifications in Machine learning using Python and Tensorflow, but I am unable to land an interview with Microsoft, even if my profile matches the job description.

I have given my managerial round last Friday, but i haven't received any email or call from HR. How long it will take? And HR notify us if we are not selected.

I have been in my current role over 6+ years (as HR mgr) and it's very transactional and not very strategic. Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. Would love advice from anyone who’s dealt with this before. It’s tough to get them to take a risk on me

I have cleared my 2 technical rounds for quantiphi and last Monday had discussion with HR. She told that she will get back in 2 day which she didn't. I called her she said she will update me later which she didn't. I called her today where she said it will take time . Please tell me whether is it fine ?

In house interview- I am going to hopefully the final round of interview to meet the whole legal team. I was asked about my availability, and it will take 5 hours if in one day. Should I split to multiple days? Will it cause any issues? Anyone on both sides can speak from their experience? Thanks!

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I distinctly remember as an Analyst on my first project telling my PPMD and SM that I hated PPT and excel, and thought it was the stupidest thing ever that we had to align everything and storyboard. Thankfully they laughed and didn’t roll me off. Now I’m in industry corporate strategy and teaching my new analysts how to create slides and she said the same thing😬. Funny how things change, and now I realize that those consulting skills are more important as you move up in corporate America
