Do you have a day of coordinator or anything? If not, I’d ask the MOH and best man to handle (make envelopes before with names on them in advance)
I think a lot of tips are done at either the end of the reception or during setup. This is the most common thing I see done. Maybe put someone in charge of tipping if you feel you aren’t able to do it at that moment?
Pay the second half of deposit after services rendered following day with tip if service was good.
This works as well. I thought the owners wouldn't agree with this setup. We put everything in writing so things went well.

Yep, same - I ended up doing this because I didn't want anything to distract me or put a damper on things when it's supposed to be my/our celebration!
Definitely put someone trustworthy in charge of this! We used my best friends boyfriend who was not in the wedding party and so free to do what needed to be done but also very on top of thinga
Our coordinator did it for us and helped us come up with standard rates because she's worked so many weddings and had some great feedback on tipping. I think if you're working for the owner of the business, you can skip the tip but the others performing a service should get something extra if you were happy with it. Envelopes with cash and names written on it worked great for us and helped make sure we were organized ahead of time so I didn't have to worry about on my wedding day.

We do give some tips. But it really depends on a lot of factors. Where are you going to celebrate this big day?
Have someone else handle it. That would be less stressful on your part. Do you have a coordinator?
