Is your company making a statement or putting out content related to Pride this year?

Seems like a catch 22 situation this year given the political environment. My manager wants to put out something but I don't necessarily think we really have a lot of grounds to stand on when it comes to inclusion and think we'll end up getting a lot of flack.

I want to know from HR or senior management that do you offer less to female candidate provided she has same skills as a male candidate?
Does in IT industry gender doesn't impact compensation?

Would you categorize this industry as diverse? I was just reading an article on USA Today that centered around the lack of diversity in finance, especially in positions of power. I’d have to agree with them based on what I’ve noticed.
