I found so many job postings for various positions in sales at Amazon I have applied to them on LinkedIn. But Amazon never responds to any of my applications. I'm having 2 offers currently for data engineer position, 1. Quantiphi: fixed 15, 1 VP. Project: electronic health records
2. Virtusa: fixed 16.15, VP 5%. Project: British telecom. Migration project, PySpark coding with AWS glue EMR.
Please suggest me which one is best?? Feb 8th is my LWD.
I'm also in 2nd round at other companies like Brillio , NetApp (Data ops)

I'll give it a shot from a value add to our clients: Accenture wants our company to look more like the world around us, which means hiring more minorities (though the article points out that we're doing a better job than MSFT or INTC in this matter). Why? Diverse teams bring better solutions and consultants have been known to respond to economic incentives a little more sensitively than the average bloke.
OP, you should find a person of color that you trust to have this conversation with. I don't think anybody is going to cover race relations in a fishbowl post in a way that does it or you justice.
Conclusion from this thread: OP is both white and dumb.

@ACN 2 Yes, but the bonus structure specifically applies to underrepresented minorities, of which those two aren't a part.

Indians are definitely not a minority in the larger offices of any consulting firm in the US. A small ass city in the middle of Kansas, yeah you'd probably be a minority 😄

Hiring should stay as far away as possible from any kind of racial issue in my opinion. Best candidates should get hired and all hiring bonuses should be the same
