Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

Salary is pretty much the same across all three. If one of them raises salary, the others follow suit almost immediately. They difference is +/-5% max at any given moment
The reasons for choosing one of the three are others.

Yep, because they are competing for the same talent pool. Especially in the main hiring tenures (post undergrad and post MBA), the readjustments are basically in synchrony
Our proportion of psychos/IB-like personalities is def higher.
McK salary is on par, usually slightly lower as you move up, and then higher once you become partner.
IBs can be aggressive and arrogant but they are at least smart and reasoned. Many consultants go into consulting as their first job and stay for decades so very little real work experience. Rational reasoning can be expected consistently with IBs but not with consultants.
