I've an interview for sales engineer job coming up with senior VP of sales and HR director after completing full day on site interview with a semi conductor company. What should I expect? What are some good questions to ask them?

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. But now, I was living in the fool's paradise when I am told to leave with no job offers in hand, car and home loan, dependent parents, expecting jobless spouse with a 3-year old kid.

After 10 rounds of interviews for a TPM position the recruiter says he will set me up for team alignment, and then take it to HC for a decision. Is this the normal process? Isnt HC decision done first

Jr. Associate at an AmLaw 100 firm in Central Florida. Good credentials; top 10% at T14, law review. Sick of private practice bc of hours and pressure. Also, not enjoying the work that Central Florida offers, but want to live here.

I want to one day have my own firm. Trying to think outside the box on how to get the experience w/o being in big law for ten years.

Thinking of applying to be an ASA and to the FL AGO. Would like trial experience or civil rights/con law work.

So I have been made an offer by a company I like but it’s pretty similar to my current package (I also like where I am). The recruiter is pretty intense and is pitting me against another candidate but says I’m the number one choice and is asking me for a number to say yes “but not too high or the team will look at the other candidate”
I’m close to send them to get stuffed. I’m also awaiting a promo and interview feedback from Google. Any advice?

From then i didn't receive any mail from the company, and the status of my application is also unchanged. Does anyone freeze with deadlines, and if so what works for you? Whenever I have a deadline my brain freezes and refuses to work. It used to be that my brain worked overtime right before a deadline - now it refuses to work until after a deadline. I think this is because all of my deadlines are internal and I’ve never had a partner look at anything immediately after a deadline. This is affecting my work obviously - any tips would be useful and appreciated!

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good?
