What do they ask Technical or Managerial stuff's?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

My current package is 6 lakh and at time of screening I said expected 10 lakh , should I tell I expect 11 lakh in managerial round or different nos will lead to rejection.Also salary negotiable is done by manager only? Experience - 3 years 3 month

Has anyone bombed their last interview (case or assessment) and still got the job? My assessment went over 10mins and so my interviewers and I didn’t have a chance to exchange much, but I did make an effort to ask if they still have some time and asked more questions related to the role. Have interviews set up at FAANG co and getting good signals, for a position that was posted widely (all across US) but not remote. Haven’t broached the subject of location yet. Would you (1) early on clearly state that you’re not open to relocation but that you would be open to visiting a big office once or twice a month; (2) not say anything now and wait to get an offer and ask for an exemption; or (3) something else?

I have been going on interviews and noticed 2 department heads already assume I was laid off or fired due to a 4 months gap. I explained I left my last role due to short term health issues that have been resolved. Not even sure how to respond when they assume. Any advise? Thanks!

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

Received offer from BCG for ECT AD role. Read numerous comments about ECT being not attractive compared to Generalists track. Also heard challenges about billability/utilization. Any views/guidance is appreciated.

Background - I am not super keen to become an equity partner and comfortable to stay on ECT track. Main reason to join will be opportunity to work with different clients, smart talented people and good brand. I may consider going back to industry after 3-5 years in ECT.

Anyone know how to get a position as an HRBP without HRPB experience? All positions I've looked at want previous experience. Would over 5 years of HR experience and a PHR suffice, or what skills should be added to that?

Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!

So here is my dilemma:
- based in the UK
- opportunity for lateral internal move (culture&engagement) or stay where I am (reward). I am mid level IC struggling to progress due to flat structure so considering lateral move then hopefully up from there.
- 2 primary aged children, currently have flexibility in current/new role too
- Husband just got accepted on a international rotation which means I will be single parent for the short term.

What to do? Go with the unknown or coast comfortably?
