Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

Hi all,

I was told they specifically cater to Indian clients.

What is the traveling expectation, how are the hours, do we need to work on weekends?
How much salary and designation I can expect.
Current Ctc 30L, Infosys consulting, senior consultant. Expecting 10% hike in August/September.
Thanks in advance.
I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

What was your bonus % this year?
My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

Please see this as a friendly bit of advice to the younger fishes that are out there grinding everyday. There are people like me out there that don't desire material possessions despite having liquidity and excess income. I'm pushing for P in 1-2yrs time but even then my lifestyle won't fundamentally change. It's a great feeling when you know you income to expenses ratio is 2x or more. I know it's easier said than done at lower salaries but I've been through that journey and always aimed to save 50%. Hope folks find this useful.
Thanks for sharing. Would you mind saying how long it took you to get to that salary level?
I spent about 11 years in industry, then 3 years in Consulting. Didn't have the best grades so hustled in everything that I did and relied on high EQ to gain momentum.
And how much bonus :-)?
Yep, grateful for every bit
What do u do? Title and industry?
Director / EY / FSO Tech. Sector lead for a specialism but can't go beyond that unfortunately.
that’s really good, would you mind sharing the salary range for directors in EY tech consulting?
In my sector I'd say anywhere between £150k-£190k base.
Do you have kids?
Yep, two kids. They go to a very good state school.
Im a manager at Accenture and even I struggle on what to spend my money on. Within reason I can buy anything I want but I have no desire. I have a nice car, nice house, nice clothes, a flashy watch and have enough to go out as much I desire. I struggle with the motivation to progress in my career, so recently I've decided my goal is to retire my parents to give me that push.
