I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

Me in interview vs me after 3 months

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

No, it's not weird at all. Do it, casually / without pushing. And stay in touch with those people every 6 months so you're top of mind. Make sure you're genuine and really interested in them too
Totally not weird! Just double check your job contract and make sure there’s no stipulation about doing such things. Mine has a note basically saying I can’t do freelance planning work on the side with competing agencies (brands are ok!)
For them part time if they ever need it? I have a job but have the time on the side
Nope! That’s how I got my full time position!
