I've been in healthcare since 2015 nonstop until I broke my leg and had to leave my company. Since 2022 I have not worked in a medical company full-time and I've applied to numerous jobs online. I received maybe three interviews since then which I wasn't chosen because they always say" well we are interviewing more cannidates but if she choose you we will call". I've been forced to work in housekeeping because you can literally walk in any hotel and get hired. I hate this job search thing.

I've gotten feedback that I'm too honest in my interviews, is that really a con for future employers? 🫤 How do I refrain from doing that anymore?

How does a panel interview feel like? Is there anything that I should be prepare for it? Any tips?

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released?
