I had final techno manager round which was completed on 30 Mar, and after ugadi holiday, on 6th I have received the positive feedback and confirmation mail and asked to share the payslips and relevant documents. Still waiting for the offer letter. Called HR on 20th April for the updates, she told she is working on my offer and it will release soon. Any ideas on this fishes?Cerner Corporation

Take the damn vacation and let them deal.
I have to remind myself that I don't work in an emergency room where people's lives are on the line. Burning myself out for this job just isn't worth it. You earned your rest and relaxation, and you should enjoy it just like you would want for everybody else on your team.
Totally hear you—it's like the guilt is baked into the job. I’ve felt the same way, like taking a break might cost me the next gig or make me look uncommitted. But lately I’ve been trying to remind myself: rest isn’t a luxury, it’s part of being able to sustain a career in this industry. The more we normalise taking time off, the better it gets for all of us. Boundaries shouldn't be a rarity.
I regret not taking breaks, Its not like I don’t want to but some time companies force you to take all the breaks at Xmas, which leaves nothing. I remember after working so many years they stop recognising you, thats hurts a little bit bad. So take breaks spend time with your family not company.
It gets easier the more you do it. I was constantly checking my phone and messages for work. Started turning off notifications outside of normal hours, and just telling myself it can wait a day. The work never stops, whether you take a break or not.
I completely understand this. The first time I took a vacation, I came back to a complete disaster of a workplace and felt like I was putting out fires for days. The thought of taking another vacation was pretty much nonexistent after that. Unless I know for a fact that there aren't any major deadlines coming up.
It is important to remember that in the end none of this will matter in your life.
Prioritise your health, including taking the time out as and when needed. You can always find another role, and as difficult as it is out there right now, it will be made worse if you’re stressed to the point you cant do the job.
My advice with more than 20 years in the entertainment business is to be good at identifying talent. Surround yourself with contacts and people you know can do the job needed - and well.
From the way you’ve outlined above you are either not confident in those around you or overworked. Neither will work in the long run so find ways to support the production with a team you believe in.
Take that holiday as it will aid you in being more effective in the long run.
Best of luck, and here’s to you developing the skills to take you to the next level.
Time off and rest are just as important a factor as work. I think you nailed your answer yourself...work on your boundaries one step at a time. Develop that muscle and you'll gain the inner strength to realize that you are a human who deserves downtime and regeneration. :)
