Just began a new job at JPMC, & i’m very confused. I don’t want to get fired for doing nothing but they’ve literally delegated me no tasks so far. My days consist of meet & greets and meetings that i just sit in for. I have like 5 hours each day of completely nothing. I come from a very busy company so it confused me to have so much free time. my colleagues are always trying to get me to hang in the cafe or etc and it just feels wrong &I’ve been having to schedule my own training with teammates

How many hours a week are you working? I’m generally clocking about 50-60 and I’m exhausted. I’m busy, but it’s mostly because no one I work with has any boundaries.

Any suggestions for a formula to calculate a running count of the number of incidences in a list?
