Yes. Popped champagne on the 18 month date and we could fire the most pathological lying sociopath I’ve come across. Over that time the culture was killed and top talent left.
In theory it seemed fair, give 18-months to make a difference. But HR left out our escape clauses.
Nah. I see them get canned after a few months frequently.

Usually 3 months payout, which decreases the longer you are there.
Probably depends on what missing and what you’re hiring for. The shit show my agency got into was building out a small creative team. They said they needed a fair amount of time to grow and evolve the team. In theory, great.
