Buckle up. Going from man to man -> zone defense is tough. All good advice 👆🏽

Get a minivan or vehicle with a third row. Minivans are uncool but SO much easier to buckle 3 kids into.
Try to find 1:1 times with older kids as often as you can— even if it is a trip to the store.
Hire out as much help as you can afford early on so you can put energy into living and helping your kids adjust rather than the lawn or whatever.
We have a 5yo, 3yo and 6mo. Went with a used Nissan Armada. You'll need to get used to managing/feeding the two older kids together by yourself. The 2yo may be a little rougher with the baby so and can flip out easily so they'll need lots of coaching
Take very good care of him and make sure he gets a lot of attention as well ! As #3 out of 4 kids, my biggest gripe when I look back is the lack of attention I got at home. My elder siblings were born very close to each other , and as older kids , got a lot of attention. When they had me, they already had figured this parenting thing out and I never remember my parents or anyone else fussing over me. They doted on my younger sibling as the baby in the family. As an example, I got a lot of handover clothes from my brothers which by the time I grew out of , was too old for my younger sibling.
