Hi guys,
Need help,I am joining VMware Banglore on 27th June. During interview I told them I need wfh. They said it wil be wfh this entire year. Only mistake I did was i didn't permanent wfh. I took for granted like once I join i can opt for it ( as my VMware friends had said we can opt for it)
Now the offices have started, I am scared if they call me to office , I have 14months son, not willing to leave him n go for office.
So if I ask manager to give me permanent wfh will they agree ?

It’s a game based assessment they send to everyone whose resume they picked. Examples of some of the games are type the numbers you saw on your screen, what expression is in person x’s face etc. after that they assess your team work skills based on that and then you get another interview which is the recorded video one then an in person or live video interview if selected as final round

The games assessment is new. After that is the PVRI.
Are u sure it said HireVue and not Pymetrics ? Because the first assessment is a pymetrics assessment which has a set of games for 30 mins. Its basic a new way of evaluating a candidates psychometric profile. It is currently not used in EY for filtering but for a good to have report. If it is HireVue then it must be pre recorded questions which would have been defined by the business team relevant to the role.
Ok, do post back the details of the round. Would be interesting to hear.
