Just interviewed with Huron for a healthcare consulting analyst role. I think I bombed the quantitative portion my case interview although I was thinking about the problem and process correctly. Anyone passed onto the next round who also felt like they lacked on the qualitative portion?

What do you think is the typical pay for a design manager? Does comp stop increasing for this role after a certain number of years?

Haven’t heard back from McK since I submitted my resume through a referral 1.5months ago (experienced hire). The person who referred me says it’s still “under review”. Is there any way I can follow up with my application, or should I just take this as a rejection?

My employers' CEO just announced that they just received $7 million from investors. He wants to use that money to offer incentives to employees that hussle and drive more revenue for the company. We're not sure what those incentives look like yet, but here are some post-announcement rumors from my co-workers:
