Just received an offer from KPMG for an experienced associate position in their FT practice. Offer is a 10% increase from current company salary (think BDO, GT, RSM) and would be the same kind of work. Just started working a few months ago and feel like moving companies this soon would ruin some good relationships I’ve made and set me back at the start for KPMG... anyone have advice??

Industry imposter here…How do you show progression on your resume when your internal levels changed, but the title doesn’t indicate a promotion to the rest of the workforce. Regarding the WSJ article.. Can anyone in PE explain why any pension fund would be interested in buying single family homes? Extremely illiquid, historically follows inflation....
