Been 3 months since I joined Luxoft and I am assigned to a backward DXC project. The lead is oppressive and bossy. There is no work-life balance and 9:30 hours of work is not enough for them. My probation period is going to end soon. Should I inform my Luxoft manager and tell him to change my project right now ? Or shall I wait for him to end my probation period ?

I have ADD and occasionally make small mistakes in my work, like leaving a word missing when editing sentences, small formatting errors or leaving an internal comment in drafts sent to clients. All partners have been very understanding and care about the quality of my work, and no client has ever complained. Partners and clients praise my work.

But now, one partner has become super mad and when I explained ADD, he said:

That client that sends you everything “for your review” even though certain things are purely business documents and don’t need a review… What’s your typical approach/response?

Had our Reg BI call today, and the name of the game is disclosure. While the actual client conversations will change little, the amount of additional paperwork/notes/disclosures for us feels like overkill. I understand it, bit how are your firm's adapting?
