Ben James is so very weird. I can’t imagine working under him would be any fun. Then again, maybe I’m just another idiot with an opinion.
Ben is awesome, but he wasn’t the problem and is, unfortunately, not the solution.
Meaning that the agency is stuck in the old ways where things take forever, so many silos still, everything has to be run up numerous channels within JWT and WPP, it's hard to see change. It will take awhile I believe.
Maybe there's no one left...

Had him as a teacher back in ad school. Liked him then. Always wondered how he is running the whole show
Not much has changed unfortunately. He's passionate for sure but there is such an archaic way of doing things, not sure who could help turn the ship around.
