As an Asian, I’m having difficulties supporting ethnicity-based D&I programs because they often exclude Asians. It feels like society punishes Asians for rising above early systematic disadvantages. We are underrepresented at the manger level and above. We don’t have the white people resources. I’m all for helping systematically disadvantaged folks, but Asians need help too.
