Lack of progression at SM level is disheartening. It's eating away at my enthusiasm to win and zeal to excel. Absolutely no clarity on when, even if I am in the "list" to make it. Market looks horrible too! Any thoughts on how to see through this situation?

Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired.
