Its been almost 4 months since I was laid off.
I have more than 7.5 years of experience in Property and Casualty Commercial Lines Insurance Operations. I was into underwriting support for US insurance. My role included Policy Issuance, invoice, endorsements, NB, renewals etc.
Lost my job in February due to covid, and desperately looking for a new opportunity.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?

Can someone pls tell me what's wrong with the HR these days. At the time of interview they agree to your expecting compensation and after you clear the interview and submit all the documents, they give wierd reasons for negotiations and stresses you out.
Like what is wrong with them, so illogical reasons to negotiate with your compensation.
