If you are going to apply again, don't apply directly. Reach out to your recruiter from last time you interviewed and tell them you want to apply again. You will likely get fast tracked to interview again.

They don't keep that close of a record for turn downs.
Agreed with the others. No, and likely no. But whatever got you the interview in the first place is likely to work again, or ask for a referral
Gonna go against the grain here and say yes to one, esp if you have your recruiter’s info. You got to final round so no reason you can’t do the job
