Cuts at analyst / consultant levels in strategy.

I got pinged by an ACN recruiter for your security strategy center of excellence. If you're at risk, consider switching to security. Plus 'it's the future' ;)
A3 - untrue. They are cutting high performers if they're not staffed.
Yup. I think chargeability is the defining metric and then you can be given a stay of execution if a partner vouches for you.
What's happening acc? Haven't heard of any here

First years safe you guys think? I'm at 70 percent chargeability and have been at the company for around 10 months. Strategy Analyst here.
A5 they're cutting anyone on the bench longer than 8 weeks. You'd think they'd only cut low performers but that's not what's happening.

We re-organized a few times in the past 2 years and hired too many analysts / consultants in the excitement. Just a return to norm, nothing to freak out about as long as you perform well

They're cutting at least up to manager from what I've seen, regardless of performance. The bench is so deep so they're making us pay.
I am sure they are starting with below average performers. No reason to worry if you aren't and are staffed
A5 why wouldn't they cut low performers who aren't staffed first?...
