Left Deloitte in September and got a bill in the mail from AMEX for what seems like the total of two months phone bill. I’ve canceled all accounts and returned the phone before I left. And yes I expensed all reports before leaving. Is this normal?

I recently found out that I was being paid less than everyone in the team (more than 25% gap to more expe teammates, around 15% less than new hires)
We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
Things to consider:

What would you recommend doing?
Keeping it to myself?

I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . I’ve been on the bench with less than 10% utilization for 3wks now. I’m a first year and the past month has been slower with not many new projects coming in.
