Big 4 Consulting interviews: do most people fail out of interviews at the behavioral interview part or the case interview part? Does anyone know statistics of job offers given once you make the casing portion of a Big 4 interview?

Again posting since my last post did not got attention. Wanted to ask whether it's good to switch to big 4 India advisory role from a mid tier organization dealing in tech and ops. Additionally, they offered just very low percentage on current CTC saying that I am coming to a big brand.
Plus my current financial situation is stressful and I accepted the offer on certain conditions but now hr or the firm but saying we can't committ you. Any suggestions.

I’m an MS Management Student graduating in June 2023. I applied to over 40 positions within the Big 4/MBB and even with extensive networking, I haven’t heard back from any really. I have an offer from a pretty well-known but less prestigious Consulting Firm, but I’m wondering what my chances even are of going Big 4/MBB if I’m not a campus hire. Will they even consider me for an experienced hire a year or two down the road if they showed no interest this time? Any advice welcome!

Are A&M seniors really equivalent to B4 Managers? I am up for promotion this year to M1 and am interested in joining A&M but I’m hesitant as I understand A&M would only bring me on as a senior

Looking to potentially make a switch but have heard different things across the board, including seeing that most of the job postings for senior roles in these groups are tagged to offices and don’t say remote.

Got an offer from a big 4. Senior, M&A tax, 4YOE, CPA. 95k & 5k bonus. Atlanta, LCOL (supposedly 🙄). Is this a fair offer? I feel like this is low but don’t know how high to go. How much should I be asking for? TIA

Received an offer from a similar practice at another Big 4, including promo. Who do I speak to at EY to see if they’ll match salary/bonus and some promise of making agile promo? Counselor? CCL Partner? HR? Head of my (small) practice? Partner I work with most closely?

Frankly, EY path to partner seems to be too clouded (long pipeline, no clear direction/path, uncertainty on promotion cycles, etc.) at the moment and I would like to visit all options. I asked for $135K for a managerial position in govt sector at KPMG and I think I lowballed myself by putting that number on the application. If I receive am offer can I ask for more ? They never gave me a range but I feel like govt sector at all these firms is lower pay but that's my wheelhouse. It's 35% more than I make now so it sounds like a good number but based on research on here I could probably ask for 150k? Help!

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."
