Anyone here ever been to RCA? Is it worth it ?
Hello fishes,
I got attached to Apple account two months back. From the past two months, I am in buffer code and they haven't mapped me to any project. Everytime I ask the POC about this, he says that the onsite manager is having discussions with the client...Why are these discussions taking so long ? Is this a normal thing at Infosys ?

Lol lek is a DD factory, I’m a top performer and have only been on DDs. Outside of life science strategy I’d guess other industries probably have 10% strategy projects at best. Our o&p practice (operations) has 1-2 projects going on at once...
^this sounds like a manager/MD from the “stat you listed”. On a value basis maybe but no way on a volume basis. Also if you disaggregate for industry (and remove LS), this would not be even close to the case
LEK is a DD factory, if you sign on you are signing on to pretty much all that comes with it and during deal downturns you’re gonna be rocked. EYP, while DD heavy, has a broader mix of projects.
They’re probably low performers @eyp1 to get stuck with that lol
I’m sorry but what was DD really do? I thought DD was heavy at Parthenon and that’s a good thing becuase you learn a lot? Please help me clarify!
Agree with BA1. DDs are generally pretty cool (market and company depending) and a great learning experience but timelines are tight and so they’re best mixed in with breaks or longer cases
Can anyone speak to how LEK is doing as a firm? Deal pipeline, any layoffs, etc.
Thanks BA1 and LEK1. Exploring opportunities at LEK, EY Parthenon - have a skillset & experience that could add value to the team but didn't want to waste their time if they weren't considering exp hires given the current economic climate.
If you are at LEK now, I'd welcome the opportunity to connect to discuss further.
Very similar business mixes. I can speak to LEK but don’t know much about EYP. Know some great people there though
