6 months!! All new parents also receive a Bugaboo stroller or gift card when the baby comes. 🙌
Forget paid... a free stroller???
All we have it short-term disability - so 6-8 weeks pending vaginal or c-section birth. Then it’s up to your own PTO if you want any more time. Then there’s a 2K baby bonus for coming back (as long as you’re there for 3 months after maternity leave).
Can I just say that I think parental leave based on tenure is complete and utter horseshit?
Agency: maternity leave should be based on tenure.
Also Agency: why can’t we recruit good senior level women?
Not an agency, but contributing.
Birth moms: 4 weeks before due date. 6 or 8 weeks disability (vag or C). Then 12 weeks parental leave. All full pay. First 2 weeks back, come back at half time for full pay.
Other parents (dads, adoption, surrogacy etc):
12 weeks parental leave fully paid.
Plus $500 baby bonding bucks
Zoom is 12 weeks - 100% paid; wfh Friday for 2 years post baby
12 weeks full pay (after you’ve been with the company 1 year) and another 8 weeks unpaid. Don’t know if it will change with the Accenture acquisition
16 weeks and a gift card for a date night or spa day
4 months at full pay.
12 weeks, 6-10 paid (depending on vaginal or cessation as well as years at agency)
2 weeks paid at 100%, then another 4-6 weeks paid at 60% through short term disability.
For primary caregiver:
Up to 2 yrs at the agency- 4 weeks paid
2-3 years at the agency- 6 weeks paid
3-4 years- 8 weeks paid
(Don't know what it is beyond 4 years)

have been here for 5 years:
- 6 weeks short term disability - full pay
- 1 week (5 days) maternity leave - full pay
- any saved up PTO
- 10 weeks for new york state paid family leave - 55% of the state’s average weekly salary which is $746/week, probably get taxed on top of this too
5 weeks 100% paid...
12 weeks - 100% pay
12 weeks paid (14 if by C) - IPG policy.
I was able to use my accumulated pto days in McCann health though.
6 weeks paid
18 weeks paid at 100% - 6 weeks from agency, up to 12 (after 2 years employment) from short term disability.
Unpaid. Can take short term disability pay at 60% of salary as long as you sign up for it at Open Enrollment. It’s crap. Thankful I’m personally beyond my childbearing years.
Or going to get pregnant. Pretty much all the women elect and pay for STD insurance just in case
6 weeks at 90% then government statutory benefits which is about £135 a week for a year. This is the absolute minimum you are made to give full time/ qualifying employees in the U.K. So our company does literally nothing over what they are forced to. But you can take a full year off work and return to same job (level) not exact.
2 weeks @ 100%, then 12 weeks @ 40% to supplement the 60% from the state
