Hi, to the two earning 75 and 80k in tech as RC: I’m also a rc in tech but started off at 60k and they bumped me up 7% instead of 3% for merit increase because supposedly of the market research, to pay me at a more fair rate (so now about 64k). But I know the salary for the role in nyc in tech is at the rates you both have, esp also because I’ve been interviewing. So I’m still underpaid. Should I talk to my manager again ? Any advice on how to discuss? Been here for over a year now with current manager for 6months, with prior 6 months rc exp and prior 3 years of HR coordination.
